will forward any documents we are served to the relevant individuals,
and respond accordingly to requests served to us from applicable courts
of law.

ICANN, which we also peer, provides name space for plenty of overtly
National Socialist content that is also potentially illegal in parts of
Europe, such as https://www.stormfront.org/ I imagine OpenNIC has
served the DNS records of Stormfront more than a few times throughout
the history of the project, without incident.

We would act as the administrators of a top level domain, and only
provide address space for internet sites and services. It is the
responsibility of the host or service provider to understand and comply
with the laws of their jurisdiction regarding hate speech and National
Socialist content.
