At the stage where total faith in the capacity for OpenNIC to serve
any purpose is dead and I've totally sworn off the organization, it's
likelier that a new group would simply refrain from peering OpenNIC.
Reorganization is a generous suggestion that assumes the organization
is capable of taking a call to reform seriously. In the event this is
not the case, it would be better for people to leave the project and
start anew.
