Iceland!  I bet OpenDNS doesn't have a presence there :)

Please register on the wiki (http://wiki.opennic.glue), then go to the
Tier2 page (http://wiki.opennic.glue/Tier2) and register your server.
Just drop me a note when done and I'll approve your entry.
