I updated the glue zone to reflect the new IP for NS5.  I also added
some more TXT info to aid in automatic lookups...

# dig +short TXT ns5.opennic.glue
# dig +short TXT tlds.ns5.opennic.glue

Please be aware that the list of T1 servers has grown large enough that
I have had to convert some scripts to force +tcp lookups with dig in
order to get the full list of NS entries from opennic.glue.  When
querying through udp, the A(AAA)-records are cut off at NS9.
