Oh... sorry to hear that.  Afraid I won't be of much help then, I don't know of any tools that will shield a Windows server.

That is a script I've been working on to block the ddos attacks we
occasionally see.  It can't stop the number of requests coming in, but
it can prevent your server from saturating your own connection while
trying to respond to the attack.

Just save the script off somewhere and run it as root.  If you want to
view what it is doing, change the DEBUG variable to 1 before you run the
script.
