Hmmm, now this version of bind hasn't got -:

 

#define DNS_LOGCATEGORY_RPZ (&dns_categories[12])

 

So maybe I need to change -:

 

#define DNS_LOGCATEGORY_DAMPENING (&dns_categories[13])

 

to be

 

#define DNS_LOGCATEGORY_DAMPENING (&dns_categories[12])
