Martin, any word on this issue?  It would be helpful if you could keep 
in touch on these issues.  I've been trying to contact T1 operators to 
get them to manually reset their zone files, and we just now finished 
updating the last server.  Obviously this is a HUGE headache when 
something goes wrong like this, and this is the second major issue we've 
had with the .oz zone in the last few months.
