v0.fellig.org (AKA ns4.opennic.glue) is currently replaced by
v3.fellig.org.

v3.fellig.org already has BIND installed and slaves OpenNIC zones from
v0.fellig.org. v3.fellig.org is accessable as ns11.ns.ph2network.org.

The switch will be in some days. v0.fellig.org will works some more days
so we do not need to allocate a new ns number for OpenNIC or something
just change the A and LOC records (and later add a AAAA record). So this
is a 'soft' migration.

So what are the next steps?:
      * YOU: testing if everything seems to work.
      * YOU: Help me cleaning up config file on IRC. If nobody is
        interested in cross-checking it I will just copy the old one.
        It's just a good time for cleanup.
      * ME: Announcing the new system as 'live'. (Will again post on
        this list in another thread). This may happen ~Wed next week.
      * YOU: Altering the entry for ns4.opennic.glue. I will provide the
        new data in annoucement mail.
      * WE: more testing.
      * WE: cuddling some nice lionesses.
      * ME: Shutting down v0.fellig.org. Giving a big party in honor of
        the server that provided a good home for Fellig for many years.
        Many of us feel very sad for this machine to leave our life. We
        will keep a backup within our hearts.
