Changes have been made to the glue zone.  For those doing manual 
updates, note the following:
IPv4: 178.63.145.230
IPv6: 2a01:4f8:101:3062::5:2

Note that this new server passes testing on the root zone, so now ALL 
tier-1 servers may be listed.
