Something like that would be possible, but would cause more harm than
good IMO. I want my DNS to simply not work if I haven't configured it
correctly/activated it via a whitelist update, I don't want it to give
me incorrect results.
Unlike typical ISPs, people using OpenNIC DNS servers are somewhat
aware of what they're doing, so I don't think we should treat them
like they don't.
