Hi,

I will be migrating the JP server to a different Linode instance. I will 
be rebuilding the Linode from scratch to accomplish this.

There will be downtime that I estimate will last approximately an hour 
or two.

DNSCrypt may be down a longer time because I unfortunately do not have 
the original building and packaging instructions, but IIRC it was a 
fairly standard install so I don't estimate any problems to occur.

Apologies for the inconvenience but I do not have the time at the moment 
to perform a fully automated install to reduce this downtime to near 
zero. I will be reusing the same instance, resizing it down, and 
reinstalling over it as fast as I can.

I will be doing this on Thursday the 26th, 04:15 UTC.

If you plan on using another server during downtime, remember you may 
currently be using one of the server's features:

- IPv6
- DNSCrypt
- No logging
- Fully public (no whitelist)

Please keep this in mind when picking a secondary server as backup if 
you wish to retain any or all of these advantages.
