Hi,

as the provider stopped providing his service to me (there *COULD* be
theoretically a DDoS attack against my server, but this never happened
before, and open resolvers are so f$%&ing insecure, etc...) this
server stays offline for now and probably also forever as I also
stopped paying them now...

I will try to get another server near this one up&running put it may
take a while until this happens. In the meantime I'll remove this
server from the Tier2 list asap.
