and I waited for like 3 days or so when it was fine and it did not get restored.

You do realize we have code set up to automatically mark your server as available again once it has been back online for a suitable period?  There's been several people asking to have the wiki status changed recently, and I'm not sure why.  If your server stays online for 48 hours, it is considered 'stable' and automatically marked as online on the wiki again.  Everything is automated.  The only thing that is NOT done by code is permanently deleting your server from the wiki -- we do that by hand.
