Folks, I had to shut down the email notifications again.  I've been 
watching the emails that were sent out, and compared with the actual 
server data, and there seems to be problems occurring.  In one case 
emails are still being sent out for a server that has been passing for 
the last few days.

It looks like I need to do some rewriting of some of the key elements in 
order to get the data more consistent.  Sorry if you got spammed, I'll 
try to get the problems worked out.
