I didn’t get the first email, I did get notice before that there were some
problems with renewing but I thought these had all been addressed. I will
look into it <3

There may be an attached file called signature.asc. This provides a
cryptographic signature letting you know that it was actually me who sent the
email. This can generally be ignored.

Also unless legally necessary please do not print this email. Studies show
that trees live longer when they are not cut down for paper.
