All right the test page has been updated. It turns out the actual testing being done HAD been updated, but I never changed the manual test page to match the servers being used. Everything should be in sync now with five ICANN servers that appear to actually pass (at least from my location).

Erg thanks for the heads-up on that. For the ICANN tests I try to
pick sites that have consistent and very limited numbers of IP
addresses, but your info below makes me think that site went to
anycast so I'll have to swap it out for something else.On 4/10/22 10:09, Nikos Roussos

Just checking, you are not creating new entries every time your server drops from the list, are you? The entries remain registered for several months before they are actually deleted, and even if they do get deleted they can still be recovered unless the name gets used by a new server.
No, I just update the existing one.
I understand why these checks are in place, but for instance currently tests are failing on some servers because of this check:
dig A www.abs.gov.au @88.198.92.222 +shortBut that particular domain, seems to be very inconsistent right now
- Recv: "65.8.56.73" "65.8.56.105" "65.8.56.90" "65.8.56.115"
- Expecting: "52.222.186.102" "52.222.186.98" "52.222.186.59" "52.222.186.119"
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/www.abs.gov.au
So that could potentially lead in many servers being removed.
