Been waiting for this update so monitor.ing's server list is updated properly.
So monitor.ing is now monitoring 37 servers, I hope this doesn't bring up any bugs with this number of servers
being monitored.

The zone dns.opennic.glue has been fully updated.  All current tier-2 servers listed on the wiki should also be included in the DNS now.  Please let me know if there are any mistake, as there were a LOT of new entries to put in!
