Hi,

With the help of Jeff and Julian i managed it to setup a view based
Tier1 located in Germany, Europe.

host ns8.opennic.glue
ns8.opennic.glue has address 178.63.116.152
ns8.opennic.glue has IPv6 address 2a01:4f8:110:6221::999

Please test it!
And report any bugs.
