Is there any concept / howto how DNS could be configured to act as T2 of 
OpenNIC "combined" into DNS servers resolving against the root of "classic" 
IANA / Verisign DNS?

Means: how can i combine both services within (existing) nameservers with 
preference against the "obligatory" DNS?
