Heya--

Remember when bringing forward TLDs proposals, please ensure you have a
wiki[0] page for the TLD containing the charter and other tech information.

I also plan on introducing changes to the new TLD policy that explicity
states that a working registry will be needed before a vote can be
called. This ensures that all new TLDs that get voted in work off the
bat, and the general memebership can vote on the tech merits of the TLD
as well.
