Hi,

When looking at http://wiki.opennicproject.org/TranslationWG it
strikes me that there doesn't seem to be anyone responsible for the
"overall" translation.
This strikes me as a little bit odd, seeing as it would be beneficial
not only to the Sub WGs but to the project in general.

Over the coming weeks I'm going to look at the translation part in its
whole, but to me it would make sense if someone took up the cape.

Anyone else agree?
