For the T1 admins who manually update, and the T2 admins who locally
slave the TLD zone files, please add the .pirate zone to your
configurations.

Master T1 for the pirate zone:
 - ns9.opennic.glue
 - IPv4 = 209.141.35.9
 - IPv6 = 2607:f358:0001:fed5:0022:4329:2793:fc94

Also a reminder to please confirm the list of T1 masters you are
supporting.  NS22 is no longer being used.  You should have the
following T1 servers only:
ns2, ns3, ns5, ns6, ns7, ns8, ns9, ns21 (all TLDs)
ns4 (all except the root zone)
