The title at the main page should be changed, too. With Chrome it shows
"| OpenNIC ProjectOpenNIC Project".

Under "Resources", one could also change "DNS Explained" to "DNS
explained". The main items all in upper-case letters would be OK, but
the sub items as well would look strange.
