Me and nanashiRei share one and had no problems so far that would hinder
your plan on using OpenNIC on one (although I've got some trouble with
Jeff's new script and I'm still trying to figure out which part exactly
causes it but oh well).
Altough I must say that we have a pretty powerful one (it has 1
XenServer + 2-3 Debian Squeeze + 1 Windows Server 2008 R2 running at it
where only one Debian serves the OpenNIC stuff and via an internal
virtual network interface it's sharing that with the other VRoots) for a
Kimsufi.

I'd say: give it a try, you can't really in this case I believe.
