Hi, I apologise for the delay in answering, I seem to have found the problem.
The list I was referring to is the one on the opennicproject.org website under TLD.

My machine was configured to use your name servers, however, NetworkManager was using localhost as the name server which is redirected to the ISPs name servers.
After much searching I have now reconfigured and all is working.
Something interesting here, using your name servers I find resolution is faster.
No benchmarking done but roughly resolution is less than a second against my ISPs name servers at up to 8 minutes.
