I find this doubtful.
CloudFlare is a VERY expensive, huge and highly-regarded operation.
The vast majority of sites out there use either CloudFlare, Akamai, Internap or a combination of all three.
OpenNIC has been around quite awhile, but the general attitude of major corporations and ICANN, ISO, IEEE, etc. have been generally hostile to OpenNIC.
I'd be very surprised of CloudFlare actually decided to add OpenNIC domain support to their already girthy portfolio.
