It should be commonplace knowledge that centralisation and internet don't go 
well together. Alas, it isn't, as we can see from the desaster we're looking 
at with the NSA crisis. Hence in my opinion the Perspectives Project is a 
very, very urgent and necessary step forward. However, the DNS itself is 
hierarchically ordered and therefore prone to easily-ridden attacks and 
vulnerable. If OpenNic used a P2P-based approach I should think it and the 
Perspectives Project perfect partners. The way OpenNic works, I don't think 
they would accept us with open arms. One first step though might lie in 
opening our existing T2 servers to act as notaries as well. That way we may 
possibly achieve a win-win situation for both projects, at least for a time.
