I added two new buttons to the right side of the menu bar.  The first 
will show a suitable resolv.conf file using the closest, most reliable 
servers near you (you will need to make adjustments if you use DHCP).  
The second button gives a list of the 10 name servers geographically 
nearest to you.  Hopefully these windows will be of use.

Note that the pop-up window has not been thoroughly tested across 
browsers, but it should be good enough to display the requested info.
