I had a rule of thumb for certain writing that 12 months after 
publishing it I would release it into the public domain. I then lowered 
that to 6 months.

I'm taking a shortcut this time because I think that the more this 
article can get out there without any hindrance at all, the more it 
might be able to benefit the OpenNIC community.

Therefore, if you go to the link provided earlier in the thread you will 
now find a public domain dedication attached to it. Enjoy and use it as 
you wish.
