There are some long delays in response from the server at the moment as 
a DoS is making things difficult to work properly.

The site is there but not fully functional yet until I get the situation 
under control. The tools are being updated too with new fixes and 
improvements, which should all be made public today. I had been working 
on these the past week anyway.

Again, apologies. The DoS is making it difficult and very slow even for 
myself to be able to visit opennic.oz
