The current voting structure does not really allow for that flexibility, now,
it would be possible for the vote not to be seconded and then another vote
with new choice(s) be called for.
But I think we both agree that this could easily get confusing and messy.

Both of your options are biased towards your opinion, so if we should have
this in a democratic way, we'd have to vote if we're going to have this vote.

But looking at your suggestion, I feel that we could do this easily by having
two votes, one after another.
First, if the current person working on .pirate should be allowed to continue
doing so.
Secondly, IF that answer is 'no', then if we should drop .pirate or not.

I've heard some activity on IRC regarding new TLD software is being finalized
and is soon ready to be used and from what I hear .pirate is going to use it,
perhaps Travis could fill in here?
