Yes. I think that's basically the same idea just from a diffrent PoV.

I suggested that we have regional coordinators for this. They will do
the printing and shipping.
Those regional coordinators need a little bit of money, sure. I can only
speak for FurNIC here. I offered that FurNIC will do the work for
central europe (exact definition of 'region' needs to be discussed in a
specialized forum within the PRWG or something). I don't see a problem
at FurNIC side about costs, considering that it will be just a few Euro.
But that of cause is just for 'our' region. Other regions need to be
founded some way within OpenNIC.
