I have two problems with this...

1) Why didn't you send this information to the mailing list to make sure that it was publicly visible?

2) If you didn't receive a reply within a couple days, why didn't you verify the email address you were using and re-send the information?  Your message almost sounds like you are blaming Brian for not telling you he didn't get your email.

The people in charge of various pieces of OpenNic will not purposely ignore your emails.  At the very least, we will send a reply telling you who the proper person is to contact about something.  However you really should be posting that information to the mailing lists... Language translations are important to a lot of people, not just you, and others may want to discuss the pages you have created.  Having a public discussion could even get more people interested in helping create translations with you, or work on other languages.

PD: I will aware about spanish translations, but if (and only if) they
are linked in the main wiki page.

I will not spend time to send the files (and therefore many hours of
tedious work) to the basket.

language codes to page names and adding links in a rather disorganised
way?

Yes and no.  WikkaWiki implements gettext, but not very useful for
translating entire pages.   Most WW users simply tag translated pages with
the appropriate category (CategoryES, for example) and then the translated
pages show up under that specific category.  On my todo list:  Implement
language selection that not only performs the correct gettext substitution
but also displays, by default, translated pages for the specific locale.
