Thanks for feedback and comments. I think, that operating a community
based ca may work. Looking at rfc5280 Name Constraints can be used to
seperated the usage.

I think that some ideas are worth prototyping, but I fear
over-engineering may result in no certificates at all :-(.

Maybe we can learn from CACert.org or even use their infrastructure.
I'll be up for at chat at this year's 33c3 - is anybody of you planning
to attend?
