Make sure it’s posted on https://servers.opennic.org/, otherwise it isn’t technically a public server.

Your server also doesn’t appear to be responding to nonexistent domains correctly, check your configuration. 

Feel free to send me a private email if you have any questions about configuring your server, OpenNIC policies, etc. or if you’d like some help.
