Hi all,

This is a follow-up to the discussion started at
https://lists.opennicproject.org/sympa/arc/discuss/2018-08/msg00211.html. If
this vote is passed, the system developed by @Fusl for the DokuWiki platform
we utilize on wiki.opennic.org will be implemented, and all future votes on
proposals, new top-level domains, etc. will take place on the wiki using said
system, rather than on this mailing list.

Background Information: The wiki uses OpenNIC accounts for login, and an
account will be required to vote. Note that this account is separate from a
Mailing List subscription. Accounts can be created free of charge at
https://members.opennic.org/.

Please vote YES if you are in favor of moving votes to the Wiki, using the
voting system designed by @Fusl (source code available on GitHub).

Vote NO if you are against moving official votes away from the mailing list
platform.

This vote will end on October 22, 2018 at 00:00 UTC. Migration of the voting
system to the wiki will proceed as soon as possible if this proposal succeeds.
