If you have an older copy of the “.o” zone still cached in your resolver, it might still have a HIGHER serial. Please make sure the new serial matches the current zone: 1553393419 or higher (epoch format). Not a 2018XXXXXX format.

To test your Tier 2 server, resolve the domain test111.moderntld.o. It should resolve with an A record pointed to 127.0.0.1.
