There are a number of other servers still on the list waiting for 
approval, none of which were working last time I checked.  I'm going to 
start going through those remaining entries (all of which are more than 
a month old) and delete anything that still isn't responding.  I figure 
if the owners haven't gotten their servers working yet and didn't even 
ask why they weren't being approved, then they probably don't have any 
interest in keeping those servers online anyway.  Yeah, that might be 
harsh, but it's not like there aren't already online tests available to 
check a new machine before adding it to the list.

Oh, and for those people who go to the trouble of creating a new entry 
and not even adding an IP address... yeah I delete those immediately.
