Hey folks, sorry for the late reply on this... I meant to wrap up the 
vote on Sunday and then got busy with other things.

So the votes are unanimous to remove NewNations peering.  I will try to 
start cleaning that up tonight, although the records may stick around 
for a bit while I track down what I was doing to mirror their servers.
