The way the code was written, it *requires* a valid geoip lookup before 
it can continue.  And in this case the code is throwing a fatal error 
which likely just gives you a blank or incomplete page at that point.

And I don't have the energy to dig into this tonight.  I did clean up 
some other errors in the server page code today so I believe trying to 
add a new server is the only thing getting fatal errors now.  Also just 
added a new fail2ban filter because I'm seeing bots scanning for a lot 
of php files (especially wordpress files) so I thought I'd quelch 
those.  But the last couple days have been really long and I need a break.
