Instead of searching for the key, it would be great it you posted the
whole fingerprint.

The problem is www.geek keyserver appears unresponsive:

however, this does work:

          1024 bit DSA key 4D931D54, created: 2008-09-05

Also also, 1024 bit RSA and DSA is in the range of a crackable key
by intelligence agencies.
