That page is pretty old. I don't even know if we still have that or do that! I'll find out about the whole thing if I can, or maybe Dustin follows this from time to time :P

One suggestion and one problem on

Instead of searching for the key, it would be great it you posted the
whole fingerprint.

The problem is www.geek keyserver appears unresponsive:

gpg --keyserver hkp://www.geek --recv-key 4D931D54
gpg: requesting key 4D931D54 from hkp server www.geek
?: www.geek: Connection timed out

host www.geek
www.geek has address 58.6.115.45

telnet 58.6.115.45 11371
Trying 58.6.115.45...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out

however, this does work:

gpg --search 4D931D54
gpg: searching for "4D931D54" from hkp server pool.sks-keyservers.net
(1)     OpenNIC <admin AT opennic.glue>
         1024 bit DSA key 4D931D54, created: 2008-09-05

Also also, 1024 bit RSA and DSA is in the range of a crackable key
by intelligence agencies.
