I made a slight change to the reports last night.  If a server is
offline or fails to pass the tests, the last line under that server will
now show the last date that server was operational (all times are in
UTC).  This should be useful for tracking how long a particular issue
has been occurring.

If you are a T1 or T2 operator, please make sure you are subscribed to
the dns-reports mailing list.  This list is low-traffic (usually 5
emails per day) providing information on the status of each server.
