This is to notify the OpenNIC membership that the CC license on the
wiki will change from CC-BY-SA [1] to CC-BY [2], and the same license
will apply to content on the www (portal) site as well.

If there are any copyright holders of content posted in either of
these sites who object to this change, please let me know prior to
January 6 (0300 GMT) so I can make arrangements to remove your content.
