Travis brought up the scenario that with the CC-BY-SA license you're
prohibiting media outlets, print media, etc. from using our material
to promote OpenNIC because SA requires them to relicense under the
terms of the CC license.  By removing SA, they can use our material as
long as they credit OpenNIC as the source.
