I have a look into the ones generated by my system more often. I
consider the other requests to be more usefull for debugging in case my
scripts reproted any error.

Normally (if everything is working) they are moved into the archive
after 2..8 days to cleanup my inbox.

How about the reports I send? Should they also be removed in case the
others are removed?
They are much less noise as they are send only once a week.
