Me too. It would've been nice to get a heads up that a decision was
reached and the list was going away. Not some cryptic unsub notice
claiming I bounced off the list.

Hello,

It is hardly gone away. It is a private list which is why that link doesn't work. To access it you will need to log in with your OpenNIC login or your email, if you don't have an OpenNIC login.
Regarding the exclusion, I had accidentally made a change in the config file which caused many people to be "unsubscribed". I've reverted that change as I didn't even realize it had happened until now! What happens now is that subscribers to dns-operations get automatically subscribed to dns-reports. I had deleted that line and did not notice. While it is up in the air whether that should change, it is very easy to unsubscribe and they do get an email letting them know of this. You should see an email soon telling you that you've been included. In the future, feel free to email me personally about this!

Additionally, would you both (opennic AT lewman.us and bouchereric0000 AT hotmail.com) please forward me that unsubscribe notice? I can edit them and would like to make them more informative :)

Thanks!
Alex
