What I mean is, what is if they get the DNS-Servers with an script out of the
wiki and do filtering for whitelisting so that they does't try the
whitelisting servers and directly use the not whitelising servers.
It is double bad for those, that doesn't want to use whitelisting, but we
want to let them the choice of using it?

But we should honor, that it seems, that not every server will switch to
whitelisting.
