Thanks Jeff, that makes it much clearer.

I think as someone who doesn't code (not sure html and css count here) the finer points you make just don't stick until they are explained clearly as you have. The point about I.S.P.s knowing their the users is an interesting point.

Do we/you know how OpenDNS combat this problem?

Sorry you had to spell this all out, though it is good to see the whole picture more clearly now.
