I like the galium interface: Very clean and sparse. I think it's a
good start for a registry.

However, it needs work...lots of work. I realize this is the goal of
the Germanium project, so I've put my plan on forking Galium on hold
until I see how this turns out.

One thing I'd definitely like to see is a complete decoupling of the
registry from any type of backend (FRED, MySQL, whatever). They
really need to be developed separately.
